Rooftop Pool
When the weather outside ain’t frightful, you can take to the roof of 363 Bond Street and dive into the refreshingly cool waters of our own, private pool. Surrounded by deck chairs for relaxing while soaking up the afternoon sun and decked out with a vibrant, original art mural by renowned artist Tristan Eaton, the pool truly is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. Did we mention the Manhattan skyline panoramas you can enjoy, even while you’re floating around in the water? The views can’t be beat.
Yoga
Want to get in your workout but hate even the thought of packing everything up and heading out to a gym somewhere? Right in the heart of our sprawling 4,000-square-foot fitness center is Yoga Studio by 363, where you’re invited to unroll your mat and ring in the morning the right way: in child’s pose.
Artwork Galore
We already mentioned the original mural by Tristan Eaton that adorns our pool deck, but that’s not all the artwork there is to admire. The lobby is a veritable museum, showcasing avant-garde works of art by the likes of Phillip Ashley, John Dante Bianchi, and Ai Campbell, bringing to 363 Bond Street an industrial-chic vibe, reflexive of the surrounding neighborhood. You’ll be hard-pressed to find any other apartment building that remotely resembles this vibe.
Concierge
Of course, we know you’re busy and we want you to be able to take full advantage of all the amenities we have to offer. So, in order to help you out, we enlisted the help of a lifestyle concierge. This person is standing by to help you take care of all those errands you can’t avoid, but that also can get in the way of you enjoying some quiet time to yourself. At the end of the day, we’re most concerned about your comfort.
Living in Gowanus, Brooklyn, is truly a unique experience, and we want you to be able to enjoy it all. Of course, in order to do that, you have to start with the perfect place to call home. We hope 363 Bond Street can be that place for you.
